About the role
Owning the day-to-day management of channel partners across the Americas, the full-time Channel Partner Manager will activate, enable, and grow a defined set of partners while collaborating with internal teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners, serving as the primary point of contact for engagement
Drive partner enablement through training and support to effectively position the company's offerings and navigate sales processes
Develop and execute joint plans with priority partners to increase partner-sourced pipeline and enhance overall partner contributions to regional growth
Required qualifications
Proven experience managing channel, reseller, MSP, VAR, and SI relationships in a B2B technology or services environment
Demonstrated ability to enable partners effectively, including training on sales plays and qualification processes
Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partners, including tracking partner-sourced pipeline
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and its relevance to the financial services industry
