Key Responsibilities:
Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave-of-absence programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and related questions. Partner with Human Resources leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to benefits strategies, plan design, and employee offerings. Manage compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including leave administration, benefits reporting, and required documentation. Analyze benefits data, costs, and utilization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and program enhancements.
