About the role

Axon is seeking an experienced Manager of Equity Compensation to own daily activities of the company’s equity plans, including the XSP. You will work with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, People Ops, Tax and Legal to ensure accurate processing and reporting for both domestic and international employees. The role supports the continued evolution of the stock plan, implements strong control practices, and prepares SEC filings. A hybrid setup across US hubs is offered.
