Idr is seeking a Senior Budget & Planning Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Irving, Texas. This role is within a dynamic organization focused on strategic financial planning and data-driven decision‑making. The position involves leading budgeting processes and developing advanced forecasting models to support business growth. Position Overview Lead the development of comprehensive marketing transaction and budget forecasts through collaboration with channel partners and strong financial discipline Design advanced data models and forecasting simulations utilizing tools like Python, Tableau, and Power BI to identify trends and automate processes Support leadership by preparing insightful presentations on performance drivers and strategic recommendations Drive automation and efficiency in planning processes to enhance decision‑making capabilities Requirements 4+ years of work experience in quantitative business functions including financial analysis, executive reporting, accounting entries, and data analysis 2+ years of experience in data modeling (Excel) Proficiency in SQL programming and statistical software such as Snowflake, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex data insights clearly What's in it for you?
