About the role
David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, assisting customers in person, over the phone, and virtually. You will collaborate with stylists to advise on gown fit and customization while maintaining brand standards and a flawless alterations room.
The role emphasizes friendly customer service, technical sewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple customers while upholding a dress-code policy and store-wide service levels.
