About the Company: We're partnered with a well established wealth management team based in the heart of NYC in their search for a Registered Client Associate to join them.
About the Role: As a Registered Client Associate, you'll play a central role in supporting a high functioning advisory team, managing client service and operational needs for high and ultra high net worth relationships. This seat is built with room to grow, offering exposure to complex client work and a strong foundation for advisors looking to build toward more over time.
Responsibilities: Client Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on account maintenance, transactions, and day to day service needs. Relationship Support: Partner closely with advisors to prepare for client meetings, manage follow ups, and ensure a seamless client experience. Account Administration: Process new account paperwork, transfers, and account maintenance in line with firm and regulatory requirements. Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to regulatory standards. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team to support the group's growth and day to day operations.
Qualifications: Series 7 and 63 or 66 required Prior experience in a client service or associate role within wealth management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a client first mindset Comfortable working in a fast paced, high touch team environment
