About the role
As a remote full-time Named Account Executive specializing in Higher Education, the successful candidate will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, utilize data analysis to drive improvements, and provide strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Higher Education clients
Utilize data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth
Required qualifications
7-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience, ideally to Higher Education customers
Experience working within a team in a matrixed environment
Strong sense of urgency and a focus on execution
Solution selling mentality with the ability to navigate customer complexities
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
