About the role
- Assist with the operation and monitoring of automated manufacturing equipment
- Support production line setup, equipment changeovers, and batch execution activities
- Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Escalate complex equipment issues to senior technicians or engineering teams
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or downtime events
- Support preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures
- Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to support daily operations

- Ability to work day or night shifts, including a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic documentation systems
- Internship, co-op, military, or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with Network troubleshooting and fundamentals
- Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, robotics, conveyors, vision systems, or automated equipment
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar automation platforms
- Understanding of GMP, quality, or compliance-driven operations
