Role Description: The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Dickinson, ND. This position is responsible for engaging with current and prospective customers, explaining insurance products, and helping individuals and businesses select appropriate coverage options. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. The Sales Associate will work closely with the local team to meet sales goals, participate in community outreach activities, and provide ongoing support to policyholders. The role also involves learning and adhering to company policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Sales aptitude, including comfort with prospecting, follow-up, and working toward individual and team performance goals. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customer requests and documentation accurately. Basic proficiency with computers and office software, including data entry and use of customer management systems. Willingness to learn insurance products, regulations, and company procedures; prior insurance experience is beneficial but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in business, finance, or insurance are a plus. Ability to work on-site in Dickinson, ND and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a professional office environment.
