Sikich Executive Search is partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization to identify a Manager, Corporate Accounting. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys managing teams, improving processes, and driving accurate financial reporting within a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the monthly close and financial reporting processes
  • Manage and mentor accounting team members
  • Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and consolidations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
  • Partner with finance and operational leaders across the organization
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Previous accounting leadership or management experience
  • Strong SAP experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations
  • Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting multiple business units, entities, or locations
  • PreferredCPA designation
  • Public company experience
  • Process improvement and transformation experience
