About the role
Seeking a hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Lead, the full-time remote position will guide the ongoing CJA implementation, provide technical leadership, and design solutions while working independently with minimal oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the CJA implementation, offering technical direction and expert guidance
Design and configure CJA solutions, including metrics, dimensions, and reporting frameworks
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics use cases and deliverablesRequired QualificationsDeep expertise with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform
Proven experience designing CJA implementations and analytics solutions
Experience connecting AEP data to CJA through various ingestion methods
Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ability to work autonomously and make architecture decisions in a complex environment
