Quality Technician II Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.30 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Support production and engineering teams with quality issues and technical problem-solving Analyze production/process data and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Review blueprints and technical specifications for inspection and manufacturing requirements Perform dimensional inspections and maintain accurate quality documentation Support SPC, capability studies, quality evaluations, and continuous improvement activities Communicate quality requirements to production teams and assist with resolving customer and production quality concerns As required, operate/program CMM equipment and assist with fixture/product setup
Quality Technician II Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2+ years of plastics manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and quality requirements Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with dimensional inspection, quality documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team; CMM programming/operation experience preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
