We’re hiring: Senior Marketing Manager, Floral E-commerce | Remote USiBuy Flowers is looking for an experienced marketing leader who combines four essential areas of expertise:🌸 Proven flower industry experience💻 Deep digital marketing expertise🛒 Direct e-commerce experience👥 Proven people leadership and team development You will lead and further develop our international marketing team and build a scalable, measurable marketing capability across the complete customer lifecycle: Acquiring and activating new customers Increasing repeat purchases Improving customer retention Reactivating inactive customers through win-back campaigns Connecting marketing investments to commercial results The marketing team is primarily based in the Netherlands and covers PPC, Content & Social Media and SEO/GEO. You will set the strategy, establish clear priorities and accountability, coach the team and ensure that marketing delivers measurable results. This is not a traditional brand or communications role, nor an individual contributor position. We are looking for someone who understands the flower industry, knows how to grow an e-commerce business and has proven experience building and leading a high-performing marketing team. The position is fully remote within the United States. Regular domestic and international travel is required, including at least two visits to the Netherlands per year. OTE: $120,000 - 130,000, depending on experience and demonstrated fit Flower industry, digital marketing, e-commerce and people leadership experience are all required.
