About the role

Pronto AI is seeking a Safety Engineering Manager for Mining Deployments to lead the safety case, hazard analyses, and commissioning efforts for autonomous mining trucks. You will build the safety argument, define tests, and oversee incidents and change assessments while shaping a small, capable team. Based in San Francisco, you will work onsite, collaborate with engineers and operators, and drive critical safety decisions as the fleet expands.
