LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established surveying and geospatial firm seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager in the Richmond/Glen Allen area. This position will manage land surveying projects from kickoff through final delivery, including client communication, field and CAD coordination, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC.
Responsibilities: Manage survey projects from initial scope through final deliverables Oversee ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, construction staking/layout, and related land surveying projects Coordinate field crews and CAD/technical resources Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and profitability Serve as a primary point of contact for clients Review survey data, plans, plats, and deliverables for accuracy and quality
Qualifications
