About the role
Human Resources Business Partner Human Resources Business Partner to support our stores in the Inland Empire. The HR Business Partner has the oversight of the operational Human Resource function at El Super, which is comprised primarily of staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. The tasks of the position have the ultimate objective of balancing operational support with working on behalf of El Super's associates. This is an onsite field position supporting stores within an assigned region. Candidates must be able to travel to various locations within their assigned region.
