About the role
OpenAI's Statsig team in Bellevue is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead ML-powered experimentation platforms. You will build production systems that learn from privacy-protected data to generate evidence-backed insights and support decisions across product and research teams.
This end-to-end role covers ML modeling, retrieval and LLM systems, statistical methods, data pipelines, and backend services, with an emphasis on traceability, calibration, and safe, actionable outputs.
