About the role

Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, the full-time remote Enrollment Counselor will utilize a consultative sales framework to guide individuals through their educational goals and the enrollment process, ensuring a supportive experience from inquiry to class start. Key responsibilities Provide personalized guidance to prospective students, helping them navigate the enrollment funnel Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience Drive performance outcomes by converting inquiries to applicants and confirmations to class starts Required qualifications Considerable experience with PC-related software and information systems, including CRM systems Some student services experience in a higher education setting Knowledge of consultative coaching principles and the importance of privacy in handling student information Experience providing consultative coaching and customer service to non-traditional students in an online environment Familiarity with principles and practices in college student services
