Kitting Specialist This role is responsible for organizing and assembling kits containing all necessary parts, materials, and documentation required for Aircraft manufacturing and assembly processes.
Responsibilities:
Organize and assemble kits containing all necessary parts, materials, and documentation required for manufacturing and assembly processes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of kits, verifying against work orders, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).Inspect components and materials for defects or discrepancies using hand tools before including them in kits. Generate and update kitting reports to support traceability and quality control. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Participate in regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100D standards and organizational policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
