Real Estate Team Assistant📍 Location: Miami Beach | 🏢 Coldwell Banker We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Real Estate Team Assistant to support our growing team. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain operational systems, processes, and manuals Support hiring, training, and team development Manage transactions from contract to close, coordinating with agents, clients, and vendors Oversee listing coordination, MLS input, marketing prep, signs, and lockboxes Execute social media and email marketing campaigns (Just Listed, Just Sold, etc.)Create marketing materials (digital and print)Prepare and manage real estate documents, contracts and ensure compliance Track deadlines and maintain transaction calendars Help manage and grow our online reputation through client reviews What We’re Looking For✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills✅ Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, social platforms)✅ Marketing knowledge (social, email, and digital content)✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure✅ Team-oriented with a service-first mindset✅ Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly Qualifications 2+ years in real estate, operations, or administrative roles (preferred)Real estate experience is a strong plus Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
