About the role

Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a Travel Director of Nursing (DON) to support our skilled nursing facilities in the Dayton and Columbus areas. This role travels between facilities to mentor and train the DONs and nursing staff, shaping nursing care across the group. Ideal candidates will be an experienced DON with hands-on SNF/LTC leadership and a willingness to travel regularly to ensure consistent clinical operations across sites.
