Business To Business Logistics is currently looking for their next sales manager to take control of the customer experience inside the company. We are looking for an accomplished individual who knows what it looks like and feels like to succeed in the very rewarding logistics industry. Being a team player is very important as our sales team will be looking to you for guidance as we open more doors and grow our company. Selfishness has no place in our company. Greed also does not belong in our vocabulary. As a Sales manager, you will help further reinforce the importance of relationships and the benefit of long term relationships. We are a social bunch and we need a social leader to help spread our message. Some traits that help define success in a sales manager includes Sales experience and how to talk to customers in a relationship mindset. Leadership experience in leading a sales team Proficiency with today's technology and able to learn possible new software's A desire to see the team win and share in those wins both emotionally and financially.
