You will be under direct supervision of the Managing Partner and must be able to multi-task and adjust to random tasks as needed. Enter bills, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, review/pay bills, make deposits, enter checks in WellsF CEO. Email weekly statements to term accounts. Audit A/P A/R monthly. Detail credit cards statements for accountant. Initiate background checks for potential new hires. Communicate with Phoenix headquarters on new hire paperwork, benefits, terminations, etc. Manage and order office supply Support Management team in needed areasSuccessful candidates will have the following qualifications / skills: 3-5 years in an accounting/bookkeeping role. Must be able to adapt to high volume of emails and prioritize duties. Detail orientated, well organized and self-disciplined. Attention to detail with critical thinking a must. Accuracy in data entry highly important. Excellent, strong communication and personnel skills. Ability to create the best practices. Good presentation skills. Self starter. Problem-solving skills with proactive can-do attitude.
