RETAIL LEASING DIRECTOR AT ARA Commission-Based Position ARA is hiring an experienced NYC retail leasing broker for a Director role. We just took on dozens of new exclusive retail listings across all five boroughs. You'll work both sides: representing landlords on these listings and representing highly qualified tenants. Pay 100% commission-based Higher split structure Listings and tenant leads from the first day
What you'll do:
Lead leasing on ARA's exclusive retail listings Represent landlords from pitch to signed lease Represent highly qualified tenants looking for spaces Work closely with ownership and help grow the team
What we're looking for:
A natural leader who can handle a director role Several years of NYC retail leasing experienceA track record of closed deals Strong relationships with retail tenants and brokers Active NY real estate license Why ARABetter split, more listings, and leads handed to you No cold start.
