Bilingual Front Desk AssociateSchedule: TuesdaySaturday | 12:00 PM8:00 PMWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Bilingual Front Desk Associate to join our team.As one of the first points of contact for clients, families, visitors, and team members, this role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable managing multiple tasks, and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.Front Desk Associate ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients, families, visitors, and guests upon arrival.Answer questions and address general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.Answer and manage incoming phone calls, transferring or redirecting calls as needed.Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Check, sort, and forward general emails to the appropriate department or team member.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate supply requests or orders as needed.Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks, including document and file management.Support scheduling and other administrative processes as assigned.Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication.Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience using scheduling or administrative software is preferred.Comfortable using standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other office technology.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented approach.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, can create a positive first impression, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
