JRN #: 2650We are seeking a talented EA/PA to support our client, a private CEO of a financial services firm. This role is a true split between EA/PA, and candidates must be willing to support both business and personal functions. We are ideally looking for someone with at least 8+ years of true EA/PA experience. This role will work from the client's home and office. Candidates must be polished, professional, and highly organized. Availability via phone or email in case an emergency arises after hours is expected. Looking to hire ASAP.
Responsibilities:
  • Business scheduling, high-level calendaring, and meeting coordination
  • Business and personal travel booking
  • Managing expenses
  • Email correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Scheduling driver
  • Personal appointment booking and family scheduling
  • Running errands as needed
  • Project work as needed
  • Assistance with event planning
  • High-level vendor coordination
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be tech-savvy. Must have at least 8+ years of experience in a similar role, either supporting a C-level exec, UHNWI, or family. Must be highly professional and detail-oriented. Must have prior experience working in both a home and office setting.
Location: Full-time. Monday - Friday. Standard business hours and availability via phone or email after hours as needed. Miami Beach, Florida.
Compensation: Base salary up to $135k DOE + bonus, excellent benefits package.
