Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a senior Deterrence Policy Analyst to lead analysis and integration of national deterrence guidance into Air Force policy and planning.
This role supports AF/A10 in shaping strategic reviews and coordinating with stakeholders across DoD and interagency partners. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategic policy analysis or deterrence planning, an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to translate complex guidance into actionable
