Assembly Technician Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strength, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Gordonsville, TN
Pay Range: $16.50-$17.05
Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift (Must be available to train on 1st shift first week)What's the Job? Perform all phases of work involved in the assembly of driveshafts Operate various machinery and tools safely, following standardized work instructions to ensure quality output. Prepare equipment and supplies necessary for in continuous improvement activities within a team environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols. What's Needed? Ability to perform basic mathematical functions for statistical process control measurements. Capability to read and understand written processes and safety procedures. Experience in using measuring tools and interpreting metric measurements. Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
