About the role
To drive high-stakes SaaS and AI adoption in the Energy sector, the full-time Lead Value Engineer will manage customer success by translating complex business needs into technical strategies while working in a hybrid role based in New York City or remotely from the Greater Houston Area.
Key responsibilities
Map the Celonis platform to customer enterprise AI strategies, ensuring accountability for ROI targets and leading executive workshops
Cultivate executive sponsorship across the C-suite and co-own enterprise-wide change management initiatives
Steer cross-regional transformation programs and implement AI-driven account planning across multiple workstreams
Required qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience with ownership of strategic workstreams and expert industry knowledge
Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS, with proficiency in AI applications for scaling outputs
Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise programs and mobilize C-suite sponsorship
Expert knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain and the Energy sector, with a commitment to customer value
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
