England Logistics is seeking a high-performing Account Executive and business development leader to grow our Supply Chain Management division. You'll focus on acquiring new managed transportation customers, primarily large enterprises and shippers with $1M+ in Freight Under Management (FUM). As a trusted advisor, you'll identify customer challenges, develop customized solutions, and manage relationships from initial prospecting through implementation, growth, and renewal. What You'll Do: Prospect and develop new enterprise-level opportunities. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct discovery meetings and develop tailored transportation solutions. Present business cases, ROI, and operational improvements. Lead contract negotiations and close new business. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful implementations. Retain and grow customer accounts through strategic relationship management. Identify expansion opportunities and increase wallet share within existing accounts.
What Success Looks Like: Consistently generate new business opportunities. Achieve revenue and margin goals. Successfully onboard and retain customers. Grow existing accounts through expansion and cross-selling. Build long-term executive relationships with key customers.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of enterprise sales, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or managed services experience. Proven success selling complex solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to navigate long sales cycles and engage executive decision-makers. Strong business and financial acumen. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
