About the role
Leading the renewals process for an assigned sales territory, the full-time Renewals Lead will manage client relationships, support adoption of renewal strategies, and collaborate with field sales to achieve sales goals in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate and support the adoption of renewals strategies within the assigned area
Engage directly with clients to lead the renewals process and ensure timely completion
Collaborate with Sales to align priorities and drive full team collaborationRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, or account management
Understanding of renewals offerings, tools, and sales programs
Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision makers
Self-motivated and results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
