About the role
- For leadership-level hires, help build, mentor, and grow the Technology recruiting team over time. (This includes building or bringing a book of business)
- Lead full-desk searches across senior-level Technology positions, primarily within financial services organizations
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and grow accounts
- Own both the client-facing and recruitment delivery components of the desk.
- Lead detailed intake, calibration, and search strategy conversations with clients
- Independently manage searches from initial briefing through candidate delivery, interview process, offer, and placement
- Recruit across Technology functions supporting front-office and middle-office environments
- Leverage an established client base and existing pipeline supported by a dedicated sales team
- Support the continued development of the firm’s retained search offering
- Required8–10+ years of Technology recruiting experience
- Strong agency/contingency full-desk recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success owning both the client relationship and recruitment delivery sides of a desk
- Strong track record managing senior-level Technology searches
- Experience recruiting at the VP, Director, Managing Director, or C-suite level
- Strong client relationship management and commercial instincts
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
- The compensation model is designed to reward performance, with uncapped commission and meaningful upside for successful billers.
