Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Administrator at Tronox Limited. The Salesforce Administrator will manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user setup, permissions, profiles, and security settings, to support business operations. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows to improve data integrity and automate business processes. The role will also develop and update reports and dashboards, troubleshoot system issues, and provide end-user support and training to ensure effective platform adoption. The administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement enhancements aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining documentation and best practices for Salesforce.com administration.
Qualifications: Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security configuration, and platform customization. Ability to design and maintain Validation Rules, workflows, and automation to support accurate and efficient business processes. Experience creating and optimizing Reports and Dashboards, combined with solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide clear documentation and training. Proficiency with Salesforce best practices, change management, and basic understanding of integrations and data migration. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred. Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and the ability to manage priorities independently. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
