Overview:
Join BCG's CFO Excellence team to help rethink finance operating models, leverage advanced analytics and AI, and drive value across organizations. You will work on end-to-end workstreams, partner with clients to craft strategies, and secure buy-in while collaborating with colleagues. Your work supports finance transformation initiatives and the development of BCG's thought leadership. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, varied client settings, and opportunities to shape modern finance functions. Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for a workstream on client projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand issues and propose strategies for change
- Win client buy-in for recommendations and coordinate with team members
- Provide deep expertise and contribute to your knowledge area within BCGSupport and execute case work across engagements
- Leverage finance transformation expertise to shape client outcomes
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance across related topics
- Previous consulting experience required
- Experience in finance transformation programs (operating model redesign, process re-engineering, technology enablement, shared services, budgeting, BI, core accounting, etc.)Experience with finance technology stacks, data architecture, and scalable solutions
- Strong consulting skills and a learning mindset
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative work style
- Ability to build trust with clients by understanding their business challenges
- Advanced degree in a related field (preferred)collaborativeentrepreneurialproactivefinance transformationoperating model redesignprocess re-engineering
