About the role
- Represent client products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage directly with customers through one-on-one, face-to-face interactions
- Present products and services, explain available benefits and promotions, and assist with sales and enrollment
- Build brand awareness and support customer acquisition through promotional campaigns
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service options
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
- Support promotional events and customer engagement initiatives
- Develop skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign management
- Train toward additional responsibilities in team leadership, development, and territory management
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience preferred0–2 years of marketing, sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds as needed for promotional setup and campaign support
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations throughout the Las Vegas area
- Starting annual earnings of approximately $40,000–$55,000 Base weekly pay plus commission and performance-based incentives
