About UsRisk Agency is a Dallas commercial insurance agency working with businesses and investors, represented day to day by the individuals who run and manage them.About the RoleWe are hiring an Account Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our commercial clients, handling service requests, policy changes, and day to day support alongside our sales agents and account managers.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and manage client service requests, including policy changes, billing questions, certificate of insurance requests, and claims inquiriesProcess endorsements such as vehicle, driver, location, and coverage changesIssue certificates of insurance and manage certificate holder requestsDocument every client interaction accurately in our agency management systemSupport sales agents and account managers with day to day servicing on their accountsCommunicate directly with business owners, office managers, and investors by phone, text and emailManage a high volume of requests without sacrificing accuracy or response timeRequirementsActive Property and Casualty insurance licensePrior experience at an insurance agency, commercial or personal lines both workStrong technical aptitude, comfortable learning and navigating an agency management system quickly and accuratelyStrong phone presence and clear written communicationOrganized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple requests at onceWorks well with both sales and account management teamsPreferredACORD forms experienceBilingualGrowth here is available, not required. Some Account Service Representatives move up into Account Manager and beyond into leadership as the agency grows. Others build a long, successful career staying right in this role, mastering it, and being the reason clients stick with us. Either path is a good one here.
