Schedule Details:
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMProcedures: Conducting Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) screenings
  • Patient Population/Case Load: Neonates / Infants (Ages 0-1). Up to 65 patients seen per day for screenings.
  • Case Mix: 100% Inpatient Rounding (NICU) Licensing and Privileging: License: An active Texas state license is required.
Willing to License: NoEstimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days Job Description: We are seeking a Board Certified Ophthalmologist for a locum tenens position in Texas. The primary responsibility will be conducting Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) screenings within the NICUs across three hospital campuses. This role involves one screening per patient, focusing on neonates and infants.
