About the role

SHANLEY, APC, a Sacramento-based labor, employment, and employee benefits law firm, seeks an attorney with at least two years of legal experience for a full-time position. You will represent labor union clients in labor and employment matters, perform comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings and settlement documents, conduct discovery and depositions, and participate in hearings and negotiations. A hybrid schedule is available (up to two days/week).
