About the role

Motion in Atlanta seeks a Payroll Senior Manager to direct a large, multi-state payroll team and ensure timely, accurate processing. You will oversee routine runs, off-cycle requests, and related tax reporting while upholding SOX controls and privacy standards. You’ll partner with Finance, Benefits, HR, IT and external providers to optimize processes, reduce errors, and improve service levels. Strong Workday experience required; ADP familiarity a plus.
