Role Description: The Territory Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by building relationships with new and existing customers in construction and industrial segments. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, conducting on-site visits, presenting equipment rental solutions, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into revenue. The Territory Account Manager will coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate contracts, and high service levels. The role also involves maintaining account records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications: Sales and account management skills, including prospecting, territory planning, and relationship building. Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and negotiate rental agreements. Basic operational and logistics understanding related to equipment delivery, scheduling, and contract administration. Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and report on sales performance. Experience in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial services is strongly preferred. Comfort working on-site in customer environments and traveling within the assigned territory. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet revenue and activity targets.
