Responsibilities:
Provide financial planning support to clients Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field Minimum 4-5+ years of industry experience and hold current licensing (Life + SIE + Series 7 & Series 66) or equivalent. Life and health licensing can be in any state that is in our territory Strong understanding of the investment business Excellent interpersonal & communication skills This position will offer: The ability to work with an existing client base lead Access to LPL Financials’ full open‑architecture independent platform The ability to build a strong book of business with Prudential’s exceptional referral programs The opportunity to create client solutions without proprietary product sales requirements All earnings are fully pensionable (including all advisory, brokerage, insurance & annuities - regardless of the company you sell)The look and feel of an independent advisor—with the benefits of being an employee Three retirement programs: a 401(k) with a 4% match, a cash balance pension plan, and a pension enhancement plan, plus full medical and dental benefits Up to 83% payout on W2 contract (with benefits) & up to 92% on the independent contract We know that making a move is a big decision.
