Post Closing Associate Date: Aug 27, 2026 Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee, US Requisition ID: 23539 Description: Post Closing Associate-Scanner This position is in-office located at 2300 Commerce Park Dr. NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905 Roles & Responsibilities: Manage original collateral documents from the time of receipt through shipping to the end recipient. Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information. Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document. Scans document and uploads to client's system Enters date received and package tracking information Files documents securely according to procedures for that client. Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review Ships package Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum age 18 years old. Previous experience working in business environment is preferred.
