About the role
Seeking a high-caliber Partner Sales Executive to lead channel sales efforts in the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Transportation, and Heavy Equipment sectors, this full-time remote role will manage complex ecosystems, drive industry-specific transformation, and execute high-visibility deals to deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate complex ecosystems by managing relationships between established partners and specialized Digital Transformation partners
Drive industry-specific transformation by engaging with leaders on Model-Based Systems Engineering and positioning the Agentic Enterprise
Execute and close high-visibility deals while maintaining a disciplined pipeline and ensuring post-sale alignment among customer, partner, and Siemens teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience selling into Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Transportation, or Heavy Equipment industries
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex software sales, with expertise in MEDDPICC and the Challenger Sale methodologies
Demonstrated ability to navigate politically challenging sales environments and build coalitions among multiple stakeholders
Experience working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)
Strong executive presence with the ability to pivot from technical discussions to commercial negotiations
