Job Description:
Job Description The QC Inspector evaluates finished consumer products across mixed product lines using manual gauges and paper records. Reporting to the Quality Manager, Production Manager, and Operations Director, this role performs inspections, documents defects, maintains quality records, and reports nonconformances. Participation in corrective actions is limited to recording defects.
Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of finished consumer products. Conduct dimensional measurements using manual gauges. Complete visual inspections across mixed product lines. Document defects accurately using paper records. Prepare nonconformance reports. Maintain complete and accurate quality records. Apply established sampling procedures during inspections. Perform calibration checks on inspection equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in quality inspection. Technical certificate in manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field.
