About the role

Providing domain, functional, and technical expertise, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Consultant will design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on Absence Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Workforce Scheduler capabilities. Key responsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert and lead clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle for Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler Drive project deliverables and communicate effectively across various workstreams while maintaining strong client relationships Mentor junior associates and collaborate with peers to improve delivery models and project efficiencyRequired qualificationsActive Oracle Time & Labor certification Minimum 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead role At least 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud OTL/Absence implementations Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
