REPORTS TO:
Regional Directors of SalesKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Internal: Front office team, Sales and Marketing team, Housekeeping, all Resort Managers and Executive Offices. External Resort & Resident guests/visitors, the Owners, Travel and Tour Company Representatives and Meeting Planners. QUALIFICATIONSEssential: High school graduate. Fluency in English and/or Spanish, Portuguese or Russian. Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Ability to: Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Prioritize and organize. Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Follow directions thoroughly Understand guest's services and needs. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Work with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of guest/resident information and pertinent resort data. Desirable: College degree. Experience with Daylight, Sales and Marketing Management Software. Previous experience in hospitality industry. PHYSICAL ABILITIESEssential: Exert physical effort in transporting 5 to 20 pounds. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas. Reach 12 inches. Remain in stationary position for 6-8 hours throughout work shift. Satisfactory communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
