About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive new business development, grow strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence for an organization within the beauty space. This role is responsible for generating revenue, managing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain new business opportunities within the beauty industry Manage and grow existing customer relationships. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience within the beauty, skincare or fragrance sectors Proven track record of driving revenue growth and opening new accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-oriented with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
