Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
  • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. Clarify orders as needed
Qualifications:
  • Active FL Department of Health, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required
  • Previous experience in pharmacyLTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required
  • Great telephone etiquette a must
  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
High school diploma or equivalent Shift:2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Onsite
