About the role

Armada is seeking a Senior AR Manager to oversee the daily operations of client deductions, including product and freight claims, from inception to resolution, aligning with Armada's strategic objectives. You will lead a deductions team, develop policies, drive root-cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional groups to resolve issues, present findings to leadership, and implement process improvements.
