Assistant Property Manager | Colts Crossing | KY Colts Crossing is a 144-unit apartment community in KY, and we're looking for an Assistant Property Manager with a passion for people and a talent for keeping a community running smoothly. You'll support the Property Manager with leasing, collections, resident services, and day-to-day operations.
Compensation and Benefits: Base pay: $21.00-$23.00 hourly $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials $100 leasing commissions 50% rent discount 401(k) and Full benefits: Dental, Vision, Medical Paid time off and holidays What We Need From You: Handle apartment rentals, move-ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up Resolve resident concerns promptly and promote positive resident relations Support property operations in the Property Manager's absence Help prepare monthly reports, maintain resident records, and process security deposit refunds Walk the property and inspect apartments to maintain curb appeal Associate's degree or 2-3 years of related experience or training, with sales and/or customer service training Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software Why Morgan?
